X Band LNA

There are two prototypes of X band HEMT amplifiers on these pictures.
The LNA are designed for 10.368 MHz operating frequency.
The amplifiers produce 13dB gain and 0.65 dB noise.
Input RL is -6dB, and amplifier is unconditionally stable.
